A Week’s Worth of Outfits: Winter Capsule Edition
Hey there! I hope you’ve been enjoying the winter capsule wardrobe I’ve been sharing. In case you are new here, welcome! Each season I share an outfit guide with around 2o items styled 100s of ways. You can grab your free guide here with links to every item and tons of outfit ideas to make getting dressed super easy. This year I’ve included a shopping list and more accssories for styling your outfits. Today I’m sharing a week’s worth of outfit ideas for your styling pleasure:
Day 1: Here I’ve taken the classic henley long sleeve and paired it with black jeans (or your favorite black yoga stretchy pants), chelsea waterproof boots and a cute pom beanie. This year I’m working to include more accessories to complete the looks and thats exactly what you see here. I’ve included my favorite crossbody (still on my dream wish list!), a pair of cashmere lined leather gloves and of course, a parka for those cold winter days. And if the cross body is a little out of budget, here is a more budget friendly crossbody that I own and love.
Day 2: This is one of my go-to looks in the winter here in Nashville. It may be colder where you live, but you can easily interchange the leather jacket with a parka or layer it with a hoodie. I love this outfit because I can change it up by simply changing the graphic t-shirt I put on that day. Here are a few that I’m digging: this one and this one. The classic snow boots are super warm and comfy, especially when paired with these boot socks. And a belt bag completes the outfit.
Day 3: I’m still loving my favorite fall booties and they work great as part of the winter capsule too. Pairing these neutral booties with a pair of denim skinnies works well with a simple black tshirt. To stay warm, I’ve layered it with a black parka, pom beanie and leather gloves. And finally, my favorite black leather crossbody to complete the look.
Day #4: I love this casual and cozy look. Here you see a matching jogger suit paired with black tennis shoes. I’ve also included my favorite belt bag and again the pom beanie. Lastly, the parka layers nicely for colder days.
Day #5: This look is similar to Day #3 except I’ve paired it with the long sweater duster. I added a t-bar necklace that works well with the crewneck line of the black t-shirt. Again we used the neutral booties a black leather crossbody to finish the look.
